摘要
介绍1050MW超超临界机组运行过程中水煤比控制的特点和存在的问题。针对机组运行过程中水煤比控制调节问题,对机组水煤比控制策略进行优化,保持中间点温度的稳定,提高机组对不同煤种的适应能力,保证机组重要参数稳定,并为同类百万超超临界机组的调节和维护提供参考。
This paper introduces the characteristics and existing problems of water-coal ratio control during the operation of 1050MW ultra-supercritical unit.Aiming at the adjustment of the water-coal ratio control during the operation of the unit,the water-coal ratio control strategy of the unit is optimized to maintain a stable intermediate point temperature,which improves the unit's ability to adapt to different coal types,and ensures the stability of important unit parameters.This paper also provides reference for the regulation and maintenance of the same kind of million kilowatt ultra-supercritical units.
