摘要
对含苯管道在化工项目和石化项目中焊缝探伤比例进行探讨。分别阐述了苯介质在工业金属管道标准系列、石油化工金属管道标准系列及压力管道监察体系中毒性的定义、压力管道等级的确定及管道焊缝探伤比例的确定。通过对实际生产和设计过程的考察,提出不同项目、不同工况下苯及含苯管道的探伤比例解决方案。
The detection ratio of benzene-containing pipelines weld seam in chemical and petrochemical projects is discussed.This paper expatiates the definition of toxicity of benzene media in industrial metal pipeline standard series,petrochemical industry metal pipeline standard series and pressure pipeline monitoring system,the determination of pressure pipeline grade and the pipeline weld seam detection ratio.Through the investigation of the actual production and design process,this paper proposes a solution for the detection ratio of benzene and benzene-containing pipelines in chemical and petrochemical projects under different working conditions.
