摘要
通过Aspen Plus软件中Safety Analysis模块对火灾工况下安全阀泄放量进行模拟计算,并对安全阀进行选型。采用Pres Relief模块对火灾工况下的泄放过程进行动态模拟得到在压力达到设定值0.3MPa(G)时安全阀开启,之后压力下降至回座压力0.28MPa(G),安全阀关闭,过程中安全阀反复开启、关闭,罐内轻组分含量不断减少,重组分不断增加。通过Pres Relief模块对不同喉径的安全阀进行动态模拟对比,验证了Safety Analysis模块对安全阀选型的合理性。
In this paper,the Safety Analysis module in Aspen Plus software is used for the simulated calculation of the safety valve relief capacity under fire conditions,and the selection of safety valve is performed.The Pres Relief module is used to dynamically simulate the release process under fire conditions.The safety valve opens when the pressure reaches the set value of 0.3MPaG,and then the pressure drops to the reseating pressure of 0.28MPaG when the safety valve is closed.The safety valve is repeatedly opened and closed during the process.During the process,the light component content in the tank is continuously reduced,and the heavy components are continuously increased.Dynamic simulation and comparison of safety valves with different throat diameters are performed through Pres Relief module,which verified the rationality of safety valve selection by Safety Analysis module.
