摘要
为了解云南省永德县猪伪狂犬病流行情况,以永德县养猪示范基地、散养户、公猪站为对象,采集2个乡镇229头种母猪血液和30头种公猪精液,采用ELISA和PCR方法分别检测猪伪狂犬病毒gB免疫抗体、gE感染抗体和病原。结果表明永德县种公猪伪犬病抗原检测结果均为阴性,种母猪伪狂犬病免疫抗体阳性率为53.28%,感染抗体阳性率为3.06%,为永德县猪伪狂犬病流行病学调查和防控提供数据参考。
In order to understand the epidemic situation of swine pseudorabies in Yongde County,Yunnan Province,swine demonstration bases,free-range farmers,and boar stations were targeted,and the blood of 229 sows and 30 boars in 2 townships was collected.ELISA and PCR assay method were used to detect gB immune antibodies,gE infection antibodies,and pathogens,respectively.The results showed that tested boars were all negative for pseudorabies antigen,the positive rate of immune antibodies and infection antibodies to breeding sows was 53.28%and 3.06%,respectively.It can be used in reference to investigate and control swine pseudorabies in Yongde County.
