摘要 以兰州地铁1号线迎门滩-马滩区间下穿黄河段盾构隧道工程为依托,对泥水平衡盾构施工过程中泥浆的比重、黏度以及失水量等施工参数进行了对比分析。通过添加各种掺料进行泥水平衡盾构泥浆配制试验,研究不同掺料对泥浆性能和经济指标的影响规律,并分析不同配比泥浆的环均成本和相应掘进进度。 Based on the shield tunnel project of the Yingmentan-Matan section of Lanzhou metro line 1 to underpass the Yellow River, this paper compared and analyzed the mud viscosity, specific gravity and loss of water and other construction parameters during the construction of slurry balance shield. Through the preparation tests of mud for slurry balance shield by use of various admixtures, the influence law of different admixtures on mud properties and economic indicators was analyzed, and the average cost of mud with different proportions and the progress of tunneling were analyzed.
