逆城市化的内涵、影响与测度指标的构建——兼论我国逆城市化的真伪

Connotation,Influence and Construction of Measuring Index of Anti-urbanization:a Look at China’s True-or-False of Anti-urbanization

逆城市化是一个与去工业化相伴随的概念,是城市化的逆反。逆城市化的界定一直存在争议,不同学者对其内涵与发生机理的理解也是见仁见智。文章从去工业化的角度重新阐述了逆城市化的内涵与发生机理,构建了一个包括核心层、中间层、外围层的层次综合测度指标来度量逆城市化,并分析了我国逆城市化的真伪。

Urbanization is a concept accompanied with industrialization,and counterurbanization is a concept accompanied with de-industrialization。The definition of counterurbanization has been controversial,understanding of its connotation and mechanism is different people,different views.In this paper,the connotation and mechanism of counterurbanization are discussed from the perspective of de-industrialization,and a comprehensive measure of the core layer,the middle layer and the outer layer is constructed.
