摘要
教育机会均等视阈下课堂教学师生互动模式以教师引领、学生合作、知识共享、教学融合等为主要特征,重点激发学生学习动机、给予学生均等机会、促进学生全面发展、提升课堂教学质量,实现“学习生活化”。其基本演进模式是:(1)教师引领,建构平等合作关系,达成教学共同愿景;(2)知识共享,营造互动互助氛围,创设学习文化情境;(3)教学融合,培育优秀班级文化,形成学习文化生态。
The interaction mode between classroom teachers and students is the main feature of teacher orientation,student cooperation,knowledge sharing and teaching integration.It focuses on stimulating students'motivation,giving students equal opportunities,promoting students'all-round development and improving classroom teaching quality,to achieve“Learning to live”.The basic evolution model is:(1)teachers leading,construct equal partnership,to achieve a common vision of teaching;(2)knowledge sharing,create an interactive and mutually supportive atmosphere,to create learning culture contexts;(3)integrate teaching,cultivate excellent class culture,to form learning culture ecology.
