烟草制丝香料喷嘴雾化效果校验装置的设计 被引量:4

摘要 为解决双元喷嘴在烟草制丝生产线加香加料过程筒体设备内部雾化效果无法观测的问题,设计了一种双元喷嘴雾化效果离线校验系统。该系统由安装在移动小车上的喷嘴调整定位组件、蒸汽和空压气管路、料液输送单元及电气控制单元组成,在筒体外部模拟双元喷嘴的雾化运行状况,真实模拟了实际生产条件,反映出封闭空间内喷嘴雾化喷洒距离、雾化喷洒半径等生产工艺指标。在保证双元喷嘴雾化效果均匀的前提下,进行外接管路上各控制阀开启的时间和喷嘴的间隙调整,研究加香加料泵电机运行频率与料液流速之间的关系、喷嘴检验后的快速定位。结果表明:运用该系统能使封闭的不可观察空间内喷嘴雾化距离、雾化半径和效果粒径等指标变成可观察可测量的量化值。能使料液雾化均匀,消除了喷嘴滴漏产生湿团的现象,有效降低了加香加料过程的筒体黏附量。对稳定加香加料和回潮工序物料混合的均匀性起到关键作用,为设备使用和维修人员提供最佳雾化喷洒角度和雾化效果的量化数值。 In order to solve the problem that the atomization effect of the dual nozzle in the roller shape equipment of the tobacco silk production line during the flavoring feeding process cannot be observed,an off line calibration system for the atomization effect of dual nozzles was designed.The atomization operation of dual nozzles was simulated outside the roller shape equipment.The system consisted of a nozzle adjustment and positioning assembly,a steam and air pressure pipeline,a liquid flavoring delivery unit and an electric control unit installed on a moving trolley.The actual production conditions were simulated,reflecting the production process indicators such as nozzle spray distance and atomized spray radius in enclosed spaces.Therefore,it could provide quantified values of optimum spray angle and atomization for operators and maintenance staff.Under the premise of ensuring uniform atomization of dual nozzles,the system could control the opening time of each control valve and the gap adjustment of the nozzle in the external pipeline,study the relationship between the operating frequency of the perfuming feed pump motor and the feed liquid flow rate and rapid positioning after nozzle inspection and therefore satisfy the calibration requirements of the atomization effect of dual nozzles in different processes.The results show that:This system makes the nozzle atomization distance,atomization radius,effect particle size and other indicators in the closed unobservable space observable and measurable.The system can evenly atomize the liquid and eliminate the phenomenon that the nozzle drip produces wet mass,effectively reducing the amount of sticking of the flavoring feeding process.It plays an important role in the uniformity of material mixing in the process of stable flavoring.
