动车组万向轴轴承润滑故障分析及轴承结构设计优化 被引量:2

摘要 针对动车组万向轴运用维护过程中出现的轴承润滑不良导致动平衡超标、传动系统异常振动问题,通过万向轴结构及轴承润滑原理分析、故障万向轴运用里程和季节分布、故障万向轴动平衡检测及轴承分解后状态检查、故障轴承油脂理化检测、润滑脂性能评估、万向轴运行工况及轴承运动学分析等手段,得出万向轴轴承润滑不良的原因并提出轴承结构优化方案,为提高动车组传动系统可靠性提出了建议和思路。 Aiming at the problems occurring during the maintenance of cardan shaft of EMU,such as the dynamic balance exceeding standards,abnormal vibration in transmission system caused by poor bearing lubrication, causes were analyzed through methods including analysis of cardan shaft structure and bearing lubrication principles,fault cardan shaft function mileage and seasonal distribution, cardan shaft dynamic balance detection and bearing decomposition status, fault bearing oil physical and chemical testing,lubrication oil performance evaluation, cardan shaft operation situation and bearing kinematics analysis. The reasons why cardan shaft bearing lubrication failure happens were concluded and optimization schemes were proposed,as well as suggestions and directions for improving EMU transmission system reliability.
