基于标准载荷工况与高频振动工况的高速动车组转向架构架疲劳强度对比分析 被引量:7

摘要 我国某型高速动车组运用维护数据统计分析显示,在特定运用条件下,车轮出现显著多边形磨耗。分析了高速动车组转向架的构架在不同运用工况下的疲劳强度。结果显示,在常规运用工况下,基于标准载荷的疲劳强度评估与实际运用情况较为吻合,但在车轮多边形磨耗导致的高频激扰作用下,构架疲劳等效应力显著高于基于标准的评估结果。基于既有标准的构架疲劳强度评估对模态应力的影响存在一定局限性。 Statistical analysis of high-speed EMU operation and maintenance data of a certain type shows that significant polygon wear on wheels appears under specific operating conditions.High-speed EMU bogie frame fatigue assessment of different operating conditions was analyzed.The result has shown that fatigue strength assessment based on standard load is in well accordance with the actual application situations,under normal working conditions.However,under high frequency excitation caused by wheel polygon wear,stress such as frame fatigue is significantly higher than that of standard-based assessment results.Certain limitations exist in the influence of modal stress on standard-based fatigue strength evaluation.
