七氟烷与异氟烷麻醉对脑胶质瘤患者外周血细胞因子的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的评估七氟烷和异氟烷麻醉对胶质瘤手术患者外周血细胞因子的影响。方法低级别脑胶质瘤患者36例随机分为全静脉对照组(C组),七氟烷组(S组)和异氟烷组(I组)各12例。术后即刻,术后第3天及术后1 w进行血清分离。使用流式细胞仪检测CD4+CD25+T细胞数量变化趋势,酶联免疫吸附试验检测相关细胞因子的表达,同时通过实时荧光-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测FoxP3 mRNA表达。结果与C和I组比较,S组术后第3天外周血细胞因子调节性T细胞(Treg)显著减少(P<0.05),在术后1 w时各细胞因子无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在术后第3天七氟烷麻醉脑胶质瘤患者外周血抑制性细胞因子及FoxP3表达显著减少,可能与上调核因子-κB有关。
