脑血管外科专业防控新型冠状病毒感染的专家共识(第一版)

Expert consensus on prevention and control for the 2019-novel coronavirus infection from specialty of cerebrovascular surgery(first edition)

自2019年12月以来湖北省武汉市等地发生新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)以来,疫情已波及全国各省份,预防和控制已进入关键时期。脑血管急重症患者具有不能自理、意识障碍、家属陪护较多、医疗干预措施多、医护操作多、术前准备时间短、手术时间长、患者在院时间长等特点,如何在疫情期间做好脑血管疾病患者的救治,同时做好患者、家属和医务工作者的防护工作,是当前工作的重点和难点。该共识依据国家卫生健康委员会《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第五版修正版)》的内容,结合临床实际情况,将脑血管外科患者分为“普通患者”“可疑患者”及“疑似或确诊患者”等三类,并从“择期和限期患者诊治”“急诊患者诊治”“门急诊、病房、重症监护室环境消毒”“疑似或确诊新型冠状病毒感染患者治疗原则”及“手术室和导管室”防控、终末消毒流程等方面阐述针对新型冠状病毒感染的防控措施,以期为全国各级医院脑血管外科同道提供参考。

Since the outbreak of 2019-novel coronavirus pneumonia in Wuhan city,Hubei Province at the end of December 2019,the epidemic situation has spread throughout China,and prevention and control for this infection has entered into a critical period.Patients with severe cerebrovascular disease are usually in an emergency situation with disturbance of consciousness.The corresponding surgeries are usually with shorter time of pre-operative preparation,and longer time during operation.How to treat the patients with cerebrovascular diseases,and protect patients,family members and medical workers at the same time,is the key points of current work.This consensus classifies patients with cerebrovascular diseases into ordinary patients,doubtful patients,and suspected or confirmed patients,and expound the preventions measures from different aspects including selective and limited patients,emergency patient,environmental sterilization of outpatient,emergency room,ward,and intensive care unit,treatment principles for patients with suspected and confirmed 2019-novel coronavirus pneumonia,operating room and catheter room,and“terminal sterilization”.
