中医药临床实践指南中临床问题的确定

Formulating Clinical Questions in Clinical Practice Guidelines for Traditional Chinese Medicine

确定临床问题是临床实践指南的制订中最重要的一步,因为它直接决定了文献检索的范围以及推荐意见的数量,进而决定整个指南的大小。目前,由于中医药研究的特殊性,中医药临床问题相比西医临床问题要更为复杂,使得中医药临床实践指南制订者对如何确定中医药临床问题感到困扰。为了帮助指南制订者们明确临床实践指南中临床问题形成的过程,本文对临床实践指南中临床问题的提出、构建及优化的流程进行了介绍。

Determining clinical questions is the most important step in the development of clinical practice guidelines(CPGs);it directly determines the scope of the literature search and the number of recommendations,and therefore determines the size of the content of CPGs.Due to the particularity of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)research,the clinical questions of TCM are more complicated,which makes it more difficult for TCM CPGs developers to formulate clinical questions in CPGs.This article introduces the process of proposing,constructing and optimizing clinical questions in CPGs to provide as a reference for CPGs developers in TCM.
