摘要
自互联网为组织间进行创新资源整合与共享提供各种便利以来,跨界商业模式被越来越多的企业应用,实现了更大的商业价值。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理与总结,在分析跨界商业模式源起与内涵的基础上,从跨界商业模式的价值创新视角出发,扩展到价值的识别、创造与实现三个环节,建立起一个关于跨界商业模式的认知性框架,为后期理论与实证研究打下基础。
Since the Internet provided various conveniences for the integration and shared of innovative resources among organizations,more and more enterprises have begun to apply cross-border business models to achieve greater business value.Through reading and combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,on the basis of analyzing the origin and connotation of cross-border business model,from the perspective of value innovation of cross-border business model,it expanded to three links of value identification,creation and realization,established a cognitive framework of cross-border business model,and laid the foundation for further theoretical and empirical research in the later stage.
