以效能为核心，强化军校教员的三个基本素养

Strengthening the Three Basic Qualities of Military School Teachers with Efficiency as the Core

针对当前军校教员任职经历单一、组训与指挥能力较弱、新装备教学水平参差不齐等主要问题,本文从完善教员培训机制入手,瞄准部队人才培养需求,以效能为核心,从专业教学能力、指挥管理能力和新装备教学能力三方面强化教员基本教学素养的培育,并提出培养途径,对提升教员基本教学能力、提高院校教学队伍建设有一定参考价值。

In view of the main problems of the current military college faculty members'single experience,weak training and commanding ability,and uneven teaching level of new equipment,starting from perfecting the training mechanism for trainers,aiming at the training needs of the troops,with efficiency as the core,we strengthen the cultivation of teachers'basic teaching literacy from professional teaching ability,commanding and management ability and new equipment teaching ability,and propose training methods.It has certain reference value for improving the basic teaching ability of teachers and improving the construction of teaching teams.
