Construction of TMGE Work Pattern of Graduate Innovation Practice Competition

本文基于SWOT分析法剖析了研究生创新实践竞赛的自身优势、劣势及面临的外部机遇和挑战,根据分析结果构建TMGE四位一体研究生创新实践竞赛工作模式,从思维、方法、保障、实践四个方面提出研究生创新实践竞赛工作实施方案,旨在为研究生创新精神和实践能力的培养提供有效保障。

Firstly,this paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,external opportunities and challenges of graduate innovation practice competition based on SWOT analysis.According to the analysis results,the TMGE quaternity work pattern for graduate innovation practice competition is constructed.The implementation plans of graduate innovation practice competition also has been put forward from four aspects,including thinking,method,guarantee and practice.The purpose of this study is to provide guarantee for the cultivation of innovative spirit and practical ability of graduate students.
