摘要
自北京市教委启动“双培计划”以来,北京建筑大学交通工程专业已经有3个年级的学生在北京交通大学交通运输学院进行了学习,双方也在交通工程人才培养模式、建设专业课程体系和学生学习生活等环节进行了积极探索和合作交流,经多次的交流可以看出,学生对于教委双培计划的开展持积极态度,学生生活适应性较好,课程体系设置较为合理,也从政策上获得了提高的机会。但从学习成绩和生活问题方面也反映出很多问题需要进一步解决,从而为进一步探索系统科学的交通工程人才培养机制提供依据。
Since the Beijing Municipal Education Commission launched the Double Training Program,traffic engineering majors of three grades from Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture have studied at School of Traffic and Transportation,Beijing Jiaotong University,and both sides have explored and cooperated actively in various aspects such as the training mode of traffic engineering talents,the construction of curriculum systems,and students'learning and living.After many exchanges,it can be seen that the students have a positive attitude towards the implementation of the Double Training Program;the students have a better adaptability to life;the curriculum system is relatively reasonable;and they have been given opportunities for improvement from the policy.However,from the aspect of academic performance and life,many problems need to be further solved,which provides a basis for further exploration of a systematic and scientific training mechanism for traffic engineering talents.
