摘要
兼职教师是职业院校的紧缺资源,存在的周期不长,质量也普遍不高。大多数的职业院校对于兼职教师的管理也比较松懈,导致人才的利用率不能达到最大化,造成管理上的被动。所以解决兼职教师管理存在的问题,对于促进高职院校的师资质量,有重要的发展意义。
Part-time teachers are a scarce resource in vocational colleges.Their working time is short and their qualities are generally not high.The management of part-time teachers in most vocational colleges is lax,which leads to the failure to maximize the utilization rate of talents and causes passive management.Therefore,solving the problems of part-time teacher management has important significance for promoting and developing the quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
