Exploration on the Training Path of "ProspectiveProfessional People" in Secondary Vocational Schools

当今中职生就业面临的现实尴尬是:一方面,具有扎实的知识技能、良好的身体素质和高涨的工作干劲的毕业生,对企业提供的工作岗位并不一定感到得心应手;另一方面,企业对这些新生力量也不是十分满意。因此,加大对校企文化融合的研究力度,充分发挥文化的育人功能,培养全面适应行业企业需求的高端技能型人才,努力促成学生理想就业,十分必要和紧迫。

Today's employment of secondary vocational students facesembarrassment:on the one hand,graduates with solid knowledge and skills,good physical fitness and high work enthusiasm may not be comfortable after working in the company;on the other hand,companies are not very satisfied with these new forces.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to increase the research intensity of school-enterprise cultural integration,give full play to the educational function of culture,and cultivate high-end skilled talents who fully meet the needs ofcompanies,striving to promote the ideal employment of students.
