新建地方本科院校与幼儿园合作的困境与出路分析 被引量:1

摘要 从社会责任与发展需求来看,新建地方本科院校学前教育专业都需要与幼儿园开展互利共赢的合作,但新建本科院校自身存在学前教育专业建设时间短、基础薄弱、缺少有影响力的“学者型”教师等困境。不同类型的幼儿园与高校的合作动机与机会不同,这制约了合作的范围。同时,缺少地方政府的参与协调使合作难以保障。因此,新建地方本科院校需要重新认识与定位自身在合作中的角色,确定“实践取向”的专业发展定位,在自身专业发展与幼儿园发展之间寻找合作点,探索政府、高校、幼儿园合作的模式,促进三方互利共赢的发展。 From the perspective of social responsibility and development needs,the preschool education majorof newly-built local undergraduate collegesneed to carry out mutually beneficial cooperation with kindergartens,but there are some problems in the preschool education major of newly-built local undergraduate colleges,such as insufficient development,weak foundation and the lack of influential"research-oriented"teachers.Different types of kindergartens and different motivations and opportunities of colleges in the cooperation restrict the scope of cooperation.The lack of participation and coordination of local governments makes it hard to guarantee the cooperation.Therefore,newly-built local undergraduate colleges need to recognize and position their role in the cooperation,determine the"practice-oriented"developmentof majors,find cooperation points between their professional development and kindergarten development,and explore the cooperation mode between the government,colleges,and kindergartens,in order to promote mutually beneficial and win-win development for the three parties.
