国外绿色债券发展状况及其对我国的启示

Development of foreign green bond and its enlightenment to China

在环境保护与可持续发展日益重要的世界背景下,绿色经济正成为全球可持续发展的重要力量,而绿色债券作为绿色金融的重要工具,更为绿色领域的发展提供了强劲动力。国外绿色债券市场的发展相对而言较为成熟,本文梳理了国外绿色债券的发展状况和实践经验,并结合我国绿色债券市场存在的问题提出了促进绿色债券市场发展的建议和措施。

Under the circumstances that ecological environmental protection and sustainable development are becoming more and more important,the green economy is becoming an crucial force for global sustainable development,and green bonds,as an important tool for green finance,provide a strong driving force for the development of green areas. The development of overseas green bond market is relatively mature. This paper sorts out the development status and practical experience of overseas green bonds,and proposes measures to promote the development of green bond market in light of the problems in China’s green bond market.
