5型磷酸二酯酶抑制剂对精液质量影响的研究进展

Research progress in the effect of phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors on semen parameters

磷酸二酯酶-5抑制剂(phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor,PDE5i)常用于阴茎勃起功能障碍的治疗,也越来越多的被用于肺动脉高压、心脏移植、肿瘤、良性前列腺增生引起的下尿路症状、早泄、不孕症等的临床治疗。研究表明,PDE5抑制剂可能会影响精液质量,在动物研究和人群研究中各有不同的结果。本文将结合国内外相关文献对PDE5抑制剂对精液参数的影响的相关研究进展进行综述。

Phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor(PDE5i) is commonly used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. It is more and more frequently used in the clinical treatment of pulmonary hypertension, heart transplantation, tumor, lower urinary tract symptoms caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia, premature ejaculation and sterility and etc. Studies have found that PDE5i may affect semen quality and there are different results in animal and population studies. This paper is to summarize the effects of PDE5i on semen parameters through literature review.
