摘要 目的探讨c-Met在宫颈癌组织中的表达和其与宫颈癌临床病理特征的相关性。方法选取2014年11月至2017年11月重庆市北碚区中医院肿瘤科30对宫颈癌患者的宫颈癌组织和其对应的癌旁组织标本作为研究对象。采用real-time PCR和免疫组化检测宫颈癌组织中c-Met含量。分析c-Met的表达与病人年龄、肿瘤大小、肿瘤病理分级、临床分期的关系。结果 real-time PCR结果表明,30例肿瘤科宫颈癌患者宫颈癌组织中c-Met的mRNA表达明显高于对应的癌旁组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05);免疫组化结果显示c-Met主要在细胞膜中表达,30例宫颈癌组织中有19例呈阳性表达;c-Met的表达与宫颈癌病理分级(1 vs 3,P=0.004)、临床分期(ⅠvsⅢ,P=0.024)有关,而与病人年龄、肿瘤大小无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论 c-Met在宫颈癌组织中的表达明显高于相应的癌旁组织,宫颈癌的病理分级、临床分期越高,c-Met的表达水平越高。 Objective To study the expression of c-Met in cervical cancer tissues and verify its correlation with clinical pathological features.Methods 30 pairs of specimens were collected from the cervical cancer tissues and non-cervical cancer tissues of patients in the oncology department of our hospital from November 2014 to November 2017.Real-time PCR and immmunohistochemistry were applied to detect the expression of c-Met mRNA and protein in cervical tissues and the statistical analyses were performed to study its correlation with the patients′age,the size and pathological grade and clinical stage of the tumor.Results The real-time PCR results showed that the c-Met mRNA levels of 30 cervical cancer patients significantly increased in cervical cancer tissues compared with non-cervical cancer tissues,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Immmunohistochemistry results showed that c-Met was mainly expressed in cytomembrane and positive expression was found in 19 of the 30 cases.C-Met expression had correlations with pathological grade(1 vs 3,P=0.004)and clinical stage(ⅠvsⅢ,P=0.024)but no correlations with the patients′age and tumor size(P>0.05).Conclusions The expression of c-Met in cervical cancer tissues is significantly higher than that in non-cervical cancer tissues.The higher the pathological grade and clinical stage of cervical cancer is,the higher the expression level of c-Met is.
