The Content and Approach of Connotation Construction of Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Stage

内涵建设承载着高职院校的社会价值和存在意义,并且已经成为提升高职院校人才培养质量、社会服务能力、核心竞争力的一项重要战略。加强内涵建设是我国进入新的发展阶段背景下高职院校的必然要求。文章从专业建设、课程建设、师资队伍建设、实训基地建设和特色建设等几个重要途径入手,以期提高高职院校内涵建设的效果。

Connotation construction carries the social value and significance of higher vocational colleges,and has become an important strategy to improve the quality of talents'training,social service abilities and core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges.Strengthening connotation construction is the inevitable requirement of higher vocational colleges under the background of the new development stage of China.In order to improve the effect of connotation construction of higher vocational colleges,this paper explores several important approaches,such as specialty construction,curriculum construction,faculty construction,training base construction and characteristic construction.
