基于STC理念下的我国职业教育学分银行建设的思考

摘要 随着我国职业教育相关政策导向的不断推进,学分银行建设成为一种发展导向,目前我国尚未有完善的学分银行建设。文章结合我国政府出台的相关政策以及在多个省市进行的试点情况,以STC理念的核心内涵,即关注终身性、以全民教育为基础、关注学生个体发展、加强与企业界合作、课程整合等五个方面作为其理论分析支撑点,提出我国学分银行建设的行动策略有明确建设目标、建构学分银行框架、完善运行机制、借鉴国外成功经验。 With the continuous promotion of policy orientation related to vocational education in China,credit bank construction has become a development orientation.At present,however,there is not a perfect credit bank construction established in China.Based on the relevant policies issued by the Chinese government and the pilot projects in many provinces and municipalities,this paper takes the core connotation of STC concept,namely,focusing on life-long study,taking education for the whole people as the basis,focusing on individual development of the students,strengthening cooperation with business circles,and curriculum integration,as its theoretical analysis support points,and puts forward that the action strategies for the construction of credit banks in China should include clarifying the construction objectives,constructing the framework of credit banks,perfecting the operation mechanism and learning from the successful experience of foreign countries.
