高职酒店管理专业必须转变教育理念和教学方式,重设人才培养目标,将“三创”理念融入高职酒店管理人才培养体系之中。在课程体系构建、实践教学探索、师资队伍建设、实践教学平台构建等进行改革与创新,才能在新时代培养出符合行业发展需求、具备“三创”意识的酒店人才,助力酒店行业快速健康发展。

The educational concept and teaching methods of higher vocational hotel management major must be changed,the talent training objectives be reset,and the“three innovation”concept should be integrated into the training system of higher vocational hotel management talents.Only through reform and innovation in the course system construction,practice teaching exploration,faculty construction and practice teaching platform construction,can we train hotel talents in line with the development needs of the industry in the new era and with the awareness of“three innovation”so as to facilitate the rapid and healthy development of hotel industry.
