摘要
聚合物驱提高采收率技术已经成为渤海油田增储上产的重要技术之一,但注聚作业带来的含聚油泥处理也成为海上油田迫切需要解决的生产难题。打破陆地油田对含聚油泥处理的思路,立足海上平台特殊环境,提出利用高效分离剂与含聚油泥在一定温度下充分作用,使油、水、固三相快速分离,分离出的原油回收,含水固相经过研磨细化后回注利用的设计理念。研制出高效分离剂,并通过理论分析及室内实验优选出最佳剂泥比为2∶1,最佳搅拌速度为500 r/min,最佳搅拌时间为30~40 min,同时考虑油水分离后在30 min内充分沉降,改变常规加药方式,将底层污水作为垫层循环再利用,以实现在海上有限空间内就地、及时高效处理,以及零排放,高效利用的目的,现场应用效果良好。
The recovery ratio improvement technology with polymer flooding has become one of the important technologies for increasing reserves and production in Bohai Oilfield. However,the treatment of oil sludge containing polymer caused by polymer injection has grown into an urgent production problem in offshore oilfields. Considering the special environment of offshore platform, and distinguished from the treatment method of oil sludge in onshore oilfields,a design concept is proposed,namely making high efficiency separation agent interacted sufficiently with oil sludge containing polymer at a certain temperature to rapidly separate the three phases of oil,water and solid,recovering the separated crude oil and re-injecting the water-solid phase after grinding and refining. A highly efficient separating agent has been developed. In addition,by theoretical analysis and laboratory experiments,the optimum drug and oil sludge ratio is 2:1,optimum mixing speed is 500 r/min,and optimum mixing time is 30 to 40 min. Meanwhile,the separated oil and water are fully settled within 30 min,the routine dosing method is changed,and the underlying sewage is recycled as a cushion layer. The technology can realize the purpose of timely and efficient treatment,zero discharge,high efficiency utilization in the limited space of the sea,and it also has a good field application effect.
