摘要 为加快天然气上产,按照油田公司"以气补油"战略部署,庆深气田以降低建设投资和运行成本为目标,大幅提高环保和节能降耗水平,推动气田地面建设和管理水平持续提升。通过推进"强化组织领导、强化责任落实、强化文化建设",深化"绩效考核支撑、科技创新支撑"的运行管理方法,以及对优选技术路线、优化系统布局、优化简化工艺、推行标准化建设,抓好能耗成本控制、物料成本控制、人工成本控制的技术管理方法进行实践应用,最终成果使气田地面建设效率得到提高,生产运行成本得到控制,创新工艺技术得到发展。 In order to speed up natural gas production,according to the strategic deployment of "supplement oil with gas" by Daqing Oilfield Company,and with the purpose of reducing construction investment and operation cost,Qingshen Gas Field greatly improves the level of environmental protection,energy saving and cost reduction,thus promoting the continuous improvement of the surface construction and management level of gas field. Through promoting the operation management methods of strengthening organizational leadership,strengthening responsibility implementation,strengthening cultural construction,deepening performance appraisal support,deepening scientific and technological innovation support,and the technical management methods of optimizing the technical route,optimizing system layout,optimizing and simplifying the process,carrying out standardized construction,and controlling energy consumption cost,material cost and labor cost,the practice and application are conducted. The final results improve gas field surface construction efficiency,control production and operation costs,and develop innovative processes and technologies.
