摘要
在国家提出"2030年实现智能化开采[1]"的号召后,智能开采已成为煤炭开采技术的发展方向。国家能源集团宁夏煤业有限责任公司红柳煤矿积极践行煤炭行业"机械化换人、自动化减人[2]"的发展理念,引进国际目前最先进的惯性导航技术——长壁自动化指导委员会技术(LongWall Automation Steering Committe,简称LASC[3-4]),配合国内成熟自动化产品,经过近三年的不断探索,成功实现了在8°~15°倾角煤层中全工作面双向全截深自动化跟机工艺、采煤机记忆截割、快速移架、工作面直线度检测与找直、工作面设备视频监控及集中控制等功能的常态化应用,为我国煤矿综采工作面由自动化开采向智能化开采提出了切实可行的解决方案。
After the call of"realizing intelligent mining in 2030[1]", intelligent mining has become the development direction of coal mining technology. Hongliu Coal Mine of Ningxia Coal Industry Co., Ltd. of National Energy Group actively practices the development concept of "mechanized personnel replacement and automatic personnel reduction[2]", introduces the most advanced international inertial navigation technology LongWall Automation Steering Committee Technology(LASC[3-4]for short), and cooperates with domestic mature automation products for nearly 3 years’ continuous exploration, it has successfully realized the normalization application of such functions as two-way full cut depth automatic machinery-tracked technology, memory cutting of shearer, fast moving frame, straightness detection and straightening of working face,video monitoring and centralized control of working face equipment in 8°~15°coal seam. This paper puts forward a feasible solution to China’s fully mechanized coal face from automatic mining to intelligent mining.
