二次回火工艺对51CrV4弹簧钢组织和性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 51CrV4弹簧钢是应用于货车与城轨列车减震弹簧的重要钢种。在其现场生产中,部分弹簧会因为尺寸修整等原因重新进行二次回火,本文将对一次回火与二次回火工艺的影响对比,分析评估弹簧钢性能和组织受二次回火的影响。研究结果表明,弹簧在生产中的二次回火可能使其与一次回火的弹簧产生组织性能差异,二次回火弹簧钢中的碳化物发生了粗化,碳化物分布的均匀度降低。二次回火后弹簧钢的硬度和弹性模量降低,断面收缩率与断后延伸率提高,但抗拉强度与屈服强度变化较小。 51CrV4 spring steel is an important type of steel used in damping springs of freight trains and urban rail transit vehicles.In the on-site production,some springs need to be re-tempered due to a series of reasons,such as the size adjustment.The effects of the primary tempering and the second tempering process are compared,and the influence of secondary tempering on the performance and microstructure of spring steel are analyzed and evaluated in this paper.The results show that the carbides were coarsened and the distribution uniformity degree were decreased by the second tempering,which make it different from the primary tempering in microstructure.After second tempering,the hardness and elasticity modulus of steel spring decreased,and the reduction of area and elongation of extrusion both increased,while the change of tensile strength and yield strength were not conspicuous.
