摘要
根据240柴油机凸轮轴拆装现状,分析了凸轮轴与机体座孔的结构,凸轮轴在拆装过程中,凸轮与座孔不在同一中心线上,形成阻碍,无法轴向移动,所以3 m长100 kg重的凸轮轴在机体内部拆装异常困难。结合两点一线做轴向运动原理,设计制作了工艺导套,工艺导套能够保证凸轮轴瓦取出后始终与座孔保持在同一中心线上,避免凸轮轴凸轮、连接法兰与座孔的相互阻碍,起到支撑和导向的作用,在实践中,凸轮轴拆装过程轻松流畅,降低了劳动强度,工作效率明显提高,并且避免了轴在拆装过程中误撞误伤造成的二次损伤,效果显著。
According to the disassembly and assembly status of the camshaft of the 240 diesel engine,the structure of the camshaft and the seat hole of the engine block were analyzed.It concluded that during the disassembly and assembly process of camshaft,the cam and the seat hole were not on the same center line,forming an obstacle and being unmovable axially.Therefore,it was extremely difficult for the camshaft with a length of 3 meters and a weight of 100 kg inside the engine block to be disassembled and assembled.Based on the principle of axial movement of two points and one line,the process guide sleeve was designed and manufactured in this paper.The process guide sleeve can ensure that the camshaft bush was always kept on the same centerline as the seat hole after being taken out,so as to avoid the mutual obstruction among the camshaft cam,the connecting flange and the seat hole,and play a supporting and guiding role.In practice,the disassembly and assembly process of camshaft was easy and smooth,thus reduced the labor intensity,improved the work efficiency,and avoided the secondary damage caused by the accidental collision and injury.
