中国经导管主动脉瓣置入(TAVI)技术心脏团队模式及心脏外科医师职能 被引量:7

China transcatheter aortic valve implantation( TAVI) technology heart team model

摘要 经导管主动脉瓣置入(transcatheter aortic valve implantation, TAVI)技术自2002年首次临床成功应用以来,以其非心脏外科常规开胸、无需体外循环和心脏停搏、顺应医学诊疗真正微创化需求等特点,近年来已经在世界范围内成为主动脉瓣重度病变治疗的重要方法。全球TAVI技术的临床应用累计数十万例,2012年正式列入欧美主动脉瓣病变的治疗指南,而且推荐等级和证据级别逐年上升。德国、美国等一些发达国家医疗中心的TAVI技术应用例数已经超过常规心脏外科手术的例数。中国TAVI技术的临床应用,自2017年伴随我国自主知识产权的支架瓣膜进入市场后,也得到迅速发展,全国已有超过百家医院达到每年2 000例左右的规模。
