摘要
通过分析各创新主体的职能,运用系统动力学方法对产学研协同创新实施情况进行实证仿真研究。动态仿真模拟发现:(1)增加政府对科技投入强度,增加企业、大学/科研院所开展产学研协同创新强度,均有利于实现各创新主体职能,但增加前者时,其效果更加明显;(2)在产学研协同创新资金投入中,政府依然是资金的主要来源;(3)江苏省区域产学研协同程度还比较低,需要进一步加强各创新主体的产学研协同创新意识。
Combined with the analysis of the functions of each innovation entity,the system dynamics method is used to do empirical simulation research on the implementation of I-U-R collaborative innovation.Through dynamic simulation,it is found that:(1)increasing the government’s investment intensity in science and technology and the intensity of enterprises,universities and research institutes carrying out I-U-R collaborative innovation are conducive to the realization of the functions of innovation entities,and the former effect is more obvious;(2)the government remains the main source of funds in the investment of I-U-R collaborative innovation;(3)the degree of collaborative innovation in Jiangsu Province is relatively low and needs further strengthening.
