高等教育集聚促进长江中游城市群创新创业的空间杜宾模型

Spatial Durbin Model of Advanced Education Agglomeration Promoting the Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Urban Agglomeration in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze river

基于长江中游城市群2003-2016年高等教育集聚、创新创业的面板数据进行全局空间自相关和模型选择检验,建立空间面板杜宾模型,实证研究高等教育集聚对创新创业的影响。研究表明,创新和创业存在不同程度的空间溢出效应,财政支出影响创新能力却不影响创业水平,高校教师数对创新创业的影响并不显著;高校数量在抑制本市创新创业能力的同时却促进了邻近城市的创新能力,而高校在校学生数在促进本市创新创业能力的同时会抑制邻近城市的创新能力;最后,提出促进城市群创新创业的政策建议。

Based on the panel data of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of Yangtze River from 2003 to 2016 of higher education agglomeration,innovation and entrepreneurship,the paper constructs the test of spatial autocorrelation and model selection and establishing the spatial panel Durbin model.The results show that there are different degrees of spatial spillover effect between innovation and entrepreneurship,but fiscal expenditure does affect the ability of innovation but not the level of entrepreneurship in the meantime.The influence of the number of college teachers on innovation and entrepreneurship is not significant.The number of universities not only inhibits the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship itself,but also promotes the innovation ability of neighboring cities.At the same time,the number of college or university students will restrain the innovation ability of the neighboring cities while promoting the innovation and entrepreneurial ability of itself.Finally the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote innovation and entrepreneurship of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of Yangtze River.
