摘要 借助数据挖掘技术构建企业诊断信息智能采集模型,为服务企业智能诊断系统设计奠定基础。对比分析服务企业各诊断主题现状、流程、存在不足及诊断情报收集状况,为服务企业的诊断构建情报智能采集模型。模型整合诊断信息搜集的基本流程,借助数据挖掘技术来实现服务企业诊断情报的收集、处理、智能分析等功能为一体,增加情报采集的协同性与智能性,实现诊断情报知识获取的自动化与智能化。通过分析,将数据挖掘、特征识别等技术应用在企业诊断信息采集方面是提高企业诊断智能性的有效途径,也是企业诊断智能化的重要发展方向。 With the help of data mining technology,the intelligent acquisition model of enterprise diagnostic information is constructed,which lays a foundation for the design of intelligent diagnosis system for service enterprises.By comparing and analyzing the status quo,process,shortcomings and diagnostic intelligence collection status of various diagnostic topics in service enterprises,an intelligent intelligence collection model is built for the diagnosis of service enterprises.The model integrates the basic process of diagnostic information collection,and realizes the collection,processing,intelligent analysis and other functions of diagnostic information for service enterprises with the help of data mining technology,so as to increase the synergy and intelligence of information collection and realize the automation and intelligence of diagnostic information acquisition.Through analysis,the application of data mining,feature recognition and other technologies in the acquisition of enterprise diagnostic information is an effective way to improve the intelligence of enterprise diagnosis,and is also an important development direction of enterprise diagnosis intelligence.
