电解槽跳闸案例分析

摘要 介绍5起电解槽跳闸事故的经过,分析事故原因,给出相应防范措施。(1)晃电造成电解槽跳闸。分析原因是外网供电线路突发故障,以及阀座动作失灵。(2)主控误操作,导致电解槽跳闸。(3)氯气透平机电动机坏,导致电解槽联锁跳闸事故。(4)氢压机停机,导致电解槽联锁跳闸。(5)电源故障,氯气透平机跳闸,导致电解槽联锁跳闸。 This paper introduces the process of 5 accidents of electrolyzer tripping,analyzes the causes of the accidents and gives the corresponding preventive measures.(1)The electrolyzer trippings are due to voltage sag which is caused by the sudden failure of power supply line and the failure of valve seat.(2)The main control misoperates,resulting in the electrolyzer tripping.(3)The motor of chlorine turbine is broken,which leads to the interlock tripping accident of electrolyzer.(4)The hydrogen compressor shut down,resulting in the interlock tripping of the electrolytic cell.(5)Power failure leads to chlorine turbine trips,resulting in interlock tripping of electrolyzer.
