制造业发展水平是一个国家和地区经济发展水平和综合实力的体现。近年来,湖南制造业取得了突飞猛进的发展,拥有中联重科、三一重工、山河智能、中车株机、铁建重工等一大批带动作用强劲的龙头企业,集聚了上、中、下游一大批企业,形成了高、中、低端一系列产品,构建了相对完善的生产、营销、服务体系,产业链条日趋完善,创新体系不断增强,绿色发展特征非常明显,形成了中国装备制造业的"湖南现象"。湖南装备制造业具备产业绿色发展的基础和条件,而且特色明显。站在新的发展起点上,湖南更应按照《中国制造2025》部署,针对影响湖南装备制造业绿色发展的主要瓶颈,全面贯彻创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念,推进全省制造业向网络化、智能化、绿色化、服务化发展,打造"中国制造2025"长株潭衡城市群示范引领区,加快实现制造大省向制造强省的新跨越。

The development level of manufacturing industry is the embodiment of the economic development level and comprehensive strength of a country and a region.In recent years,Hunan's manufacturing industry has made rapid development.It not only has a large number of leading enterprises with strong actions,such as Zoomlion,Sany Heavy Industry,Shanhe Intelligence,CRRC Zhuji,railway construction heavy industry,etc.,but also gathers a large number of enterprises in the upper,middle and lower reaches,forming a high,medium and low level A series of low-end products have formed a relatively perfect production,marketing and service system.The industrial chain is becoming more and more perfect,the innovation system is constantly enhanced,and the green development characteristics are very obvious,forming the "Hunan phenomenon" of China's equipment manufacturing industry.Through the research and analysis,the authors hold that Hunan equipment manufacturing industry has the basis and conditions of industrial green development,and is obviously characterized.From a new starting point of development,in accordance with the deployment of"made in China 2025",Hunan should fully implement the development concept of innovation,coordination,green,opening and sharing,promote the development of manufacturing industry in the whole province to network,intelligent,green and service-oriented,and build a"made in China 2025"Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration demonstration leading the region and accelerate the new leap from a large manufacturing province to a strong manufacturing province.
