Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the General Secretary Xi Jinping has addressed a series of important expositions on cultural confidence based on the general standpoint and the basic viewpoint of Marxism, which is with a strong sense of cultural missions and contains rich philosophical thinking. It not only stresses the need to promote the current status of cultural confidence, to coordinate the cultural development patterns with dialectical thinking, but also emphasizes to develop the cultural construction with innovative thinking and to grasp the innovative concept of cultural development with humanistic thinking.
