基于因子分析的福建省生态农业发展质量评价

Quality Evaluation of Ecological Agriculture Development in Fujian Province Based on Factor Analysis

生态农业高质量发展是推进乡村振兴战略实施的有效力量,对其研究具有重要的实践及理论意义。从生态效益、经济效益和社会效益三个维度构建福建省生态农业发展质量评价指标体系,并运用因子分析法对福建省2010—2017年的生态农业发展质量进行综合评估。结果表明,福建省生态农业发展质量的综合得分虽伴随时间推移而逐年递增,但是其经济与环境因子、农业现代化水平因子、以及农业生态安全因子三个重要影响因子的分项得分则具有强烈的波动特征,整体呈“S”型发展态势,三者之间的统筹协调发展度还有待提升。在此基础上,基于提取的三个公共因子视角,深入分析各因子得分特征的成因,据此提出优化福建生态农业发展质量的建议。

The high-quality development of ecological agriculture serving as the backbone of rural vitalization,which has several significant implications for both theory and practice.This study aims to create an evaluation index system on Fujian ecological agriculture development under three dimensions,including ecological benefits,economic benefits and social benefits by using factor analysis method to evaluate the quality of ecological agriculture development of Fujian Province from 2010 to 2017.The results show that the comprehensive score of the quality of ecological agriculture development keeps increasing with passing of time.However,the three important influence factors,such as economic and environmental factors,agricultural modernization level factors,and agricultural ecological security factors have strong fluctuation characteristics.The overall coordinated development among these three factors needs to be improved.Based on the analysis of three common factors,this study presents specific suggestions of optimizing the quality of ecological agriculture development of Fujian.
