Research on the Frontier Trends of Environmental Technology Economics in China

绿色发展和生态文明建设要求处理好经济、环境、技术三者之间的关系。其中,大量理论和现实问题离不开“环境技术经济学”的研究。在中国经济转型升级的“新常态”下,环境技术经济学前沿向供给侧改革与绿色转型发展,经济绿色转型发展的动力、路径与制度创新,生态环境约束下的环境技术创新与发展路径,新型城镇化建设与环境协调发展,绿色发展的评价理论、方法及实践,绿色发展与创新、协调、开放、共享发展的关系等领域深化。环境技术经济学研究应立足学科前沿,以国家战略为导向,以社会重大现实需求为着力点,加强学科建设和前沿拓展,实现环境技术经济学理论与实践的融合发展。

Green development and ecological civilization construction need to deal with the relationship among economy,environment and technology.A large number of theoretical and practical issues therein are associated with the study of"environmental technological economics".Under the"new normal"of China's economic transformation and upgrading,the research of environmental technological economics is deepening to the fields of supply-side reform and green transformation development,the power,path and system innovation of economic green transformation development,the environmental technology innovation and development path under the restriction of ecological environment,the coordinated development of new urbanization and environment,the evaluation theory,methodology and practice of green development,and the relationships among green development and innovation,coordination,openness,and sharing developments.We should base ourselves on the frontier of disciplines,take the national strategy as the guide,take the great realistic needs of the society as the focus,and strengthen the discipline construction and frontier expansion,so as to realize the integrated development of the theory and practice of environmental technological economics.
