“旅游+”视角下县域村庄融合发展机制解析及规划应对研究——以西安市阎良区为例

Analysis on the Mechanism of County Villages'Fusion Development and the Planning and Countermeasures under the Perspective of"Tourism+":Taking Yaniiang District of Xi'an as an Example

旅游业与村庄融合发展,是我国乡村振兴及可持续发展的重要方式之一,同时也给乡村地区带来诸如旅游产品及平台建设创新不足、景观风貌及生态环境维育不当、利益分配及内生增长机制无序等问题。论文透析我国乡村旅游的发展历程及内涵,探析旅游发展与村庄建设的互动机制,从产业层、文化层、服务层和管理层四个角度研判村庄旅游发展的问题,结合西安市阎良区乡村空间展开实证研究,立足于“旅游+”视野,从机遇把握、文化塑造、产业联动和设施升级等方面提出规划响应策略,以期为城乡融合发展及村庄规划机制创新提供新思路。

The integrated development of tourism and villages is one of the important ways of rural revitalization and sustainable development in China.At the same time,problems such as insufficient innovation of tourism products and platform construction,improper landscape and ecological environment maintenance,disorderly distribution of benefits and endogenous growth mechanisms have been brought to rural areas.This article analyzes the development process and connotation of rural tourism in China,explores the interactive mechanism between tourism development and village construction,studies the issue of village tourism development from four angles of industry,culture,service and management,and combines the rural space of Yaniiang district,Xi'an empirical research is carried out,and based on the"tourism+"vision,proposes planning response strategies from the aspects of opportunity grasp,cultural shaping,industrial linkage and facility upgrades,with a view to providing new ideas for urban-rural integration development and village planning mechanism innovation.
