尿液中6种常见毒品GC-MS选择离子模式下定性分析结果判定方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究尿液中常见6种毒品(甲基苯丙胺、MDMA、氯胺酮、度冷丁、美沙酮和可卡因)在GC-MS选择离子模式下(Selective Ion Mode,SIM)的定性参数(保留时间、离子比率)。建立同时检测尿液中6种毒品的液液萃取-GC/MS方法,SIM模式下平行检测数份尿样,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果表明,保留时间越长,保留时间(RT)和相对保留时间(RRT)的偏差越小,随着浓度的增加,离子比率偏差(ΔI)趋于稳定的趋势。SIM模式下,尿液中常见毒品GC-MS定性分析判定标准:RT(绝对)最大允许偏差±0.02min;RRT(相对)最大允许偏差±0.5%;离子比率ΔI(绝对)最大允许偏差±25%,ΔI(相对)最大允许偏差±50%。本文对尿液基质下常见毒品进行了研究,所得判定结果可用于毒品分析鉴定,对现行验证性分析标准文件修订有十分重要的参考价值。 we studied the qualitative parameters(retention time,ion ratio)of six common drugs(methamphetamine,MDMA,ketamine,meperidine,methadone and cocaine)in urine with GC-MS Selective Ion Mode(SIM).A liquid-liquid extraction-GC/MS method was established for simultaneous detection of six drugs in urine.we parallel tested several urine samples in SIM mode and implemented statistical analysis of the results.We found that the longer the retention time was,the smaller the deviation between retention time(RT)and relative retention time(RRT)was.With the increase of concentration,the ion ratio deviation(ΔI)tends to be stable..Under SIM mode,GC-MS qualitative analysis criteria for common drugs in urine are as follow:maximum allowable absolute deviation of RT is in ±0.02min;maximum allowable relative deviation of RRT is in ±0.5%;maximum allowable deviation of ion ratioΔI(absolute)is in ±25%;and maximum allowable deviation of ion ratioΔI(relative)is in ±50%.In this paper,we researched the common drugs under the urine matrix and the judgment results can be used for drug analysis,which has important reference value for revision of the current analysis standard documents.
