摘要
本文开发了一种基于ARM的智能报警装置,该装置主要采集高压开关回路中的开关量报警信号,如气室压力低、电机过热等,通过信号调理和光耦隔离技术,对接入信号进行采集和处理;采用ARM系列低功耗微处理器作为主控芯片,控制就地显示灯屏声光报警,同时输出开关量信号,上送给主控室继电保护系统,供用户控制和状态采集使用,用户可及时地发现、排除故障,防止故障进一步扩大,有效降低维修成本。
An intelligent alarm device of high-voltage switchgear is developed based on ARM in this paper. It is mainly collected the switching alarm signals of the high-voltage switching circuits in the high-voltage switch circuit by the device, such as low pressure in the air chamber, overheating of the motor, etc., it is firstly collected and processed through signal conditioning and optical coupler isolation technology, ARM series low power microprocessor as the main control chip, which is used to control the sound and light alarm of the local lamp screen, outputs the passive signal of the switching quantity, transmits the alarm signal to the relay protection system of the main control room. It is used as control and state acquisition, so that users can discover and eliminate it in t ime, prevent expansion of the fault, effectively reduce maintenance costs.
