Printing technology of polyester blanket with CC-HD high fastness liquid disperse dye

探讨了高色牢度色浆分散染料对涤纶拉舍尔毛毯的印花工艺实验和流程,并与普通粉状分散染料印花工艺进行对比。结果表明,新型高色牢度液体分散染料印花效果在布面均匀性、上色率、色牢度、手感等方面均好于传统分散染料;降低了配制色浆的劳动强度,保障了生产环境,减少了还原清洗和柔软等助剂的使用和成本;降低了印花后水洗污水的COD,达到节能减排的效果。

The printing process experiment and technology of polyester Raschel blanket with high fastness color pulp disperse dye were discussed and compared with that of common powder disperse dye printing process.The results showed that the printing effect of the new high fastness liquid disperse dye was superior to that of the traditional disperse dye in the aspects of cloth surface uniformity,coloring rate,color fastness and handle feel.On one hand,the labor intensity of preparing color pulp was reduced,the production environment was protected,and the use and cost of auxiliaries such as reduction washing and softening were decreased.On the other hand,the COD of washing sewage after printing was reduced to achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
