摘要 振摆作为反映抽蓄机组运行状态的重要指标,将机组振摆与生产实时数据结合,以挖掘分析生产实时数据价值为根本点,选取天荒坪、宜兴等数据相对完整的10家抽水蓄能电站40台机组为研究对象,一是空间维度上的振摆大小和时间维度上运行趋势。与此同时,分析振摆与缺陷关联特征,并进行振摆预警探索分析;二是从涉及振摆的时间和空间维度入手,建立综合评分公式,比较各运行电站机组振摆差异,展开机组振摆状态的分析工作。 The vibrating action is an important indicator to reflect the operating state of the pumping unit.Combining the vibration of the unit with the real-time data of product!on,with the basic point of mining and analyzing the real-time data value of production,40 units of ten pumping power stations with relatively complete data such as Tianhuangping and Yixing are selected as research objects.The first is to study the running trend in the size and time dimension of the vibration dimension.At the same time,the characteristics of the vibration and the defect are analyzed,and the vibration an alysis and exploration are carried out.Sec on dly,starting from the time and space dimensions involving the vibration,a comprehensive scoring formula is established to compare the vibration amplitude differenee of each operating power stati on.Thereby,the an alysis of the vibratio n state of the unit is carried out.
