摘要
本文针对单波纹弹性油箱支撑推力轴承瓦出现的径向移位进行了分析,研究了最大径向力的计算方法,并利用高速推力轴承试验台和试验推力轴承进行了推力瓦所受径向力的测量,试验结果表明,推力瓦在停机后存在较大的径向力,推力瓦的径向力最大约为单瓦最小受力的0.11倍;停机2h内,瓦面油膜厚度约0.01mm降到约0.005mm,推力瓦所受径向力变化不明显;对于正在运行的机组,停机后定时起动高压油顶起系统,有助于减小推力瓦所受的径向力;推力瓦的径向限位应有足够的强度,此项核算应作为设计的核算指标。
In this paper,the radial displacement of thrust bearing with single corrugated elastic oil tank supporting system is analyzed.The calculation method of maximum radial force is studied.The radial force of thrust pad is measured by using high-speed thrust bearing test stand and test thrust bearing.The test results show that it is large radial force of thrust pad after shutdown,the maximum radial force of thrust pad is about 0.11 times that of single pad,within 2 hours of shutdown,the thickness of the oil film on the pad surface decreased to 0.005mm from 0.01mm,and the radial force of the thrust pad did not change significantly,for a running unit,running the high pressure oil lift system at a fixed time after shutdown will help to reduce the radial force on the thrust pad.The radial limit of thrust pad should be strong eno ugh,and this calculation should be used as an acco un ting index of design.
