摘要 某B型地铁转向架构架在运营过程中发生局部裂纹,对列车行驶安全性造成了严重影响。针对构架产生裂纹的部位和原因进行分析,并对构架进行优化设计,采用有限元方法对改进后构架的静强度和疲劳强度进行评定,评定结果显示:根据第四强度理论,静强度下各工况结构均满足强度要求;基于DVS 1612标准的疲劳极限法,构架疲劳强度满足要求;基于BS 7608的疲劳累积损伤法,构架的电机吊座、制动托板和小纵梁疲劳强度不足,但焊缝经过打磨后能满足要求。 In the course of operation,a B-type metro bogie frame has local cracks,which has a serious impact on the running safety of the train.Based on the analysis of the location and the cause of the crack in the frame,the frame is optimized.The static strength and the fatigue strength of the modified frame are evaluated by the finite element method.The results show that under the theory of the fourth strength,the structure of each working condition in the static strength meets the strength requirement.Based on the fatigue limit method of the DVS 1612 standard,the fatigue strength of the frame meets the requirements.Based on the fatigue cumulative damage method of the BS 7608,the fatigue strength of the motor suspension,the brake support plate and the small longitudinal beam of the frame is insufficient,but the welding seam can meet the requirements after being polished.
