不同分型末节断指再植的成活率比较分析

A comparative study on the survival rate of replantation with different types of distal severed finger

目的对不同分型末节断指再植的成活率比较分析。方法选取2016年1月-2019年1月收治的末节断指患者96例(100指),根据末节断指的区域进行Yamano和Tamai分型,比较不同分型末节断指再植的成活率。结果 YamanoⅠ型断指16指,成活14指,再植成活率为87.5%;YamanoⅡ型断指25指,成活23指,再植成活率为92.0%;YamanoⅢ型断指59指,成活57指,再植成活率为94.9%。TamaiⅠ型断指46指,成活29指,再植成活率为63.0%;TamaiⅡ型断指54指,成活39指,再植成活率为72.2%。不同Yamano分型断指再植成活率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同Tamai分型断指再植成活率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论断指离断位置是影响再植成活率的关键因素,对断指进行Yamano分型更有助于评估断指再植预后。

Objective To compare the survival rates of finger replantation in different types of distal severed finger. Methods From January 2016 to January 2019, 96 patients(100 fingers) with distal severed finger were selected and classified by Yamano and Tamai according to the area of severed finger. The survival rate of replantation of distal severed finger in different types of patients was compared. Results Sixteen fingers of Yamano type 1 were replanted, 14 survived, the survival rate of replantation was 87.5%;25 fingers of Yamano type 2 were replanted, 23 fingers survived, the survival rate of replantation was92.0%;59 fingers of Yamano type 3 were replanted, 57 fingers survived, and the survival rate of replantation was 94.9%. Tamai type 1 amputated finger had 46 fingers, 29 fingers survived, the survival rate of amputated finger replantation was 63.0%;Tamai type 2 amputated finger had 54 fingers, 39 fingers survived, the survival rate of amputated finger replantation was 72.2%. The survival rates of severed fingers in different Yamano finger replantation types were significantly different(P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the survival rates of severed fingers in different Tamai finger replantation types(P >0.05). Conclusion The location of severed finger is the key factor affecting the survival rate of replantation. Yamano typing of severed finger is more helpful to evaluate the prognosis of replantation.
