摘要
利用ATmega128单片机以及台达温度控制器为控制核心,设计了一种便携式湿度发生器。该湿度发生器能够在测试室内产生恒温恒湿的气体,适用于实验室和工作现场校准大批量探头。结果表明该装置温度测量误差不大于0.1℃,湿度测量误差不大于1%RH,温度控制范围是5~50℃,湿度控制范围是10%RH^90%RH,温湿度稳定快速。可实现多点校准,大大提高了工作效率。可以通过液晶屏完成对温湿度的显示、控制操作,具有比例-积分-微分(PID)参数设置、PID参数自整定、温湿度多点修正等功能。
Using ATmega128 MCU and Delta temperature controller as the control core,a portable humidity generator is designed.The humidity generator is capable of producing constant temperature and humidity gas in the test chamber and is suitable for calibrating large quantities of probes in the laboratory and on the job site.The results show that the temperature measurement error of the device is not more than 0.1℃,the humidity measurement error is not more than 1%RH,the temperature control range is 5~50℃,and the humidity control range is 10%RH^90%RH.The temperature and humidity are stable and fast.Multi-point calibration can be realized,which greatly improves work efficiency.Display and control operation of temperature and humidity can be completed through the LCD.It has the functions of proportion integration differentiation(PID)parameter setting,PID parameter self-tuning,temperature and humidity multi-point correction.
