施用氨基酸水溶肥和复合微生物菌剂对草莓生长与产量和品质的影响 被引量:14

Effects of Applying Water-soluble Fertilizer and Compound Microbial Fertilizer on Growth,Yield and Quality of Strawberry

摘要 为使设施草莓生产达到优质高产,开展了施用氨基酸水溶肥和复合微生物菌剂对草莓生长、产量和品质的影响试验。结果表明,施用2种肥料均能够改善草莓长势和果实品质,增强抗性,提高产量。其中氨基酸水溶肥+复合微生物菌剂配施,与清水对照相比,能够显著改善长势,提高草莓产量(增产率达到17.46%),显著提高果实可溶性固形物、VC、可溶性糖含量(较清水对照分别高1.55个百分点、112.6 mg/kg、13.04 mg/g),降低可滴定酸和硝酸盐含量,由此说明配合施用2种肥料效果最佳。 In order to achieve the high-quality and high-yield of greenhouse strawberry,the test for effect of water-soluble fertilizer and compound microbial fertilizer on the growth,yield and quality of strawberry was carried out.The results showed that application of two kinds of fertilizers could improve the growth,quality,resistance and yield of strawberry.Compared with the CK(water),the combination of water-soluble fertilizer and compound microbial fertilizer could significantly improve growth and yield of strawberry(the yield-increasing rate was 17.46),could significantly increase improve the content of soluble solid,VCand soluble sugar,which was 1.55%,112.6 mg/kg and 13.04 mg/g higher than CK,respectively,and could reduce the content of titratable acidity and nitrate.Therefore,combination of two kinds of fertilizers can achieve the best agricultural effect.
